Two industry professionals who turned real-world experience into Kerala's most practical training hub.
Ayoob P brings 4 years of hands-on corporate experience from one of Kerala's largest retail chains — Nesto. Having worked across HR operations, employee management, and workforce training, he understands exactly what organizations look for when hiring — and built TrueQuest's HR curriculum around those real expectations.
As an experienced corporate trainer, Ayoob's sessions go beyond theory. He brings real HR floors, real payroll systems, and real compliance challenges into every class — giving students the confidence to walk into any HR role on day one.

Ameen Koya's journey into digital marketing didn't start with a job offer — it started with a camera and a passion for creating content. What began as content creation evolved, skill by skill, into a full-fledged digital marketing career spanning 5 years across brands like Swiggy and FirstCry.
Today he continues to work as a Digital Marketer at FirstCry — and that's exactly what makes him the right person to teach it. Every strategy, every campaign, every trend he shares in the classroom is something he's actively working with in the industry, not something he read about years ago.
