Terms and Conditions for Course Completion, Internship, and Job Placement at TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP.

TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP is committed to providing 100% support for internship and job placement to students and candidates who meet the mandatory criteria outlined in this document. Successful course completion and eligibility for internship or job placement support will be granted only to those who fulfil the following requirements.
SECTION 01

Course Completion Eligibility Criteria

The following criteria are mandatory for course completion and eligibility for internship or job placement support. All criteria must be fulfilled without exception.

Attendance

A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory for course completion and eligibility for internship or job placement support.

Monthly Assessments

Candidates must attend all monthly assessments and achieve a minimum score of 7 out of 10 in each monthly Viva evaluation.

Mid-Term Examination

Attendance for the mid-term exam is mandatory. A minimum score of 70% is required. One mid-term exam will be conducted for a 3-month program.

Final Evaluation

Candidates must attend the final evaluation and secure a minimum score of 70% for course completion and placement support.

Project Submission

Completion and submission of the course project are mandatory for successful course completion and internship/job placement support.

Mock Interviews

Attending mock interviews is mandatory for course completion and eligibility for internship or job placement support.

Presentations

Participation in at least 5 out of 10 presentations is required for course completion and placement support.

Attendance at technical sessions and workshops is mandatory for successful course completion and placement support.

SECTION 02

Internship & Job Placement Process

The following terms govern how internship and job placement support is provided to eligible students at TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP.

  • Application through TrueQuest Connect: Eligible candidates must apply for internship or job placement through TrueQuest Connect, where internship/job opportunities and placement IDs will be provided.
  • Mandatory Application Requirement: Without applying through TrueQuest Connect, the placement team cannot proceed with internship or job placement.
  • Placement Opportunities: The placement team will provide a maximum of 5 internship opportunities and 3 job placement opportunities in case of rejection from the employer.
  • Offer Rejection Policy: If a candidate rejects an internship or job placement offer after being selected, without a valid reason, their application will not be considered further.
  • Professional Conduct: Candidates must uphold high professionalism, maintain a positive attitude and behaviour, and demonstrate strong organizational ethics at the academy and at the company where they are placed.

Placement assistance is a support service and not a guarantee of employment or a specific salary package. TrueQuest is not liable for any hiring decisions made by third-party employers.


SECTION 03

Non-Refund Policy

  • If a candidate is unable to move forward due to a lack of attendance or failure to meet any of the criteria mentioned in this document, there will be no refund under any circumstances.
  • However, candidates will be given further chances to clear the necessary criteria and successfully complete the course.

⚠️ By enrolling in the course, candidates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to meet any of the mandatory requirements may result in disqualification from course completion and placement support.

For fee-related cancellations before the batch begins, a written request must be submitted to info@truequestlearning.com. The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases. Any eligible refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.


SECTION 04

Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Applicants must have completed their 12th standard (Plus Two) or equivalent qualification. Graduates and post-graduates are also eligible.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required registration fee and submission of necessary documents.
  • TrueQuest reserves the right to decline an application if seats are full or if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Students must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
  • Seats are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation.

SECTION 05

Fee Structure & Payment

Program fees are communicated to students at the time of enquiry. The fee applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of your enrollment.

  • A non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm your seat in the batch.
  • The remaining program fee must be paid in full before or by the date specified at enrollment, unless an installment plan has been formally agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), and other digital payment modes as specified by the institute.
  • Fee receipts will be issued for all payments. Students are advised to retain receipts for their records.
  • Outstanding fees may result in suspension of access to classes, study materials, and certification.

⚠️ TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP does not accept payments through unofficial channels or individuals. Always pay through official accounts and request a receipt immediately.


SECTION 06

Student Conduct & Discipline

TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP maintains a professional and respectful learning environment. All students are expected to:

  • Treat fellow students, trainers, and staff with respect and professionalism at all times.
  • Arrive on time for classes and maintain decorum during sessions.
  • Refrain from using mobile phones for non-academic purposes during class hours unless permitted by the trainer.
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour against any individual.
  • Not record or share any class sessions, study materials, or proprietary content without prior written consent from the institute.
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment or brings disrepute to TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP.

Violation of the above conduct standards may result in a formal warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the program at the discretion of the management. In cases of removal due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.


SECTION 07

Intellectual Property

All content, study materials, presentations, recorded sessions, handouts, and resources provided by TrueQuest Learning Hub LLP are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute.

  • Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for their own learning during the program.
  • Reproducing, distributing, selling, or publicly sharing any course material without written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.
  • Student projects and assignments remain the property of the student, unless developed using institute-owned resources or as part of a live client project.

SECTION 08

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during enrollment is used solely for administrative, educational, and placement-related purposes.
  • Student photographs and testimonials may be used for marketing purposes only with prior consent from the student.
  • Student data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Students may request access to or deletion of their personal data by writing to info@truequestlearning.com.

SECTION 09

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from enrollment or participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wayanad, Kerala, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to legal action.
